The presidents John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln have a lot of similarities. Abraham Lincoln was assassinated in 1865 and John Kennedy was assassinated in 1963. Both presidents were very popular American presidents. Both of them were involved in matters related to civil rights. They led America in a period of crisis.
Lincoln led America during the civil war, and a period when serious debate about what to do about slavery was raging. Lincoln was also involved with the famous Emancipation Proclamation, which was document freeing American blacks of slavery. President John of Kennedy was involved with the civil rights act that has ended the Jim Crow laws.
Both were highly regarded American presidents who were allegedly assassinated by two under average and tormented individuals. That why the American people never believed the two men acted alone and rejected the lone wolf theory. That is why conspiracy theories about the two assassination are not relentlessly continuing till today. John F. Kennedy has led the United States during the height of cold war, the Vietnam war, the turbulent 1960s and the Cuban missile crisis. That law was passed by U.S. congress in 1964 and signed by his vice-president Lynden Johnson, who became president following his assassination in 1963.
